What happens to my house after I sell it to you?
After you sell your property to Columbia Redevelopment, we will renovate it and put it back on the market to be resold within 6-months or less. One of our goals is to give back to the neighborhoods we serve, so once a project is done, we’ll donate to a local charity that does good work in that neighborhood.
